Precor PEP Nike+ workout upload Step 1:

Plug your compatible iPod® into the PEP. Compatible iPods are the Nano (3G & 4G) & iTouch. Shuffle, Classic and iPhone models not compatible.

Step 2:

Begin your workout. At the end of your workout, The Precor display will show you that workout data has been stored to the iPod and that workout information is available at nikeplus.com.

Step 3:

Dock your iPod to your PC, this will automatically launch iTunes. Select the Nike + iPod tab and you will be prompted to upload workout data to the Nike Plus website.

Step 4:

Go to nikeplus.com to set up your free account and view your workout history.
